The service work is excellent. The staff is kind helpful and competent. I do not like your scheduling. Get rid of the AI voice. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, especially Mark, who I called ahead of time before even having my car towed to the service center. Mark assured me that they would look at my car fir especially Mark, who I called ahead of time before even having my car towed to the service center. Mark assured me that they would look at my car first thing in the morning to assess what was wrong. Never heard back, called office multiple times, only to be told that they could relay a message; however, messages get returned 24-48 hrs later. Finally I Uber to the service center around 3 pm and Mark tells me, that they haven’t gotten to look at it, and that they’re really busy and I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I wasn’t expecting service ASAP. I just wish that I was truthfully told the details ahead of time as I would have towed my car to my local mechanic. I understand I did not have a scheduled appointment; however, no one schedules to have their car breakdown on 81. Instead I was forced to pay a “re-tow” fee from AAA. More
