I am the Service Manager for Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I am a GM certified Service Manager and a General Motors Mark of Excellence award winner. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Auto and Heavy Equipment from Ferris State University in Michigan. I have 2 grown kids, a boy and a girl and currently reside in Braidwood. I have been working in the Auto Industry since I started washing cars at a local Chevy dealership as a kid. I have been in the auto industry for over 40 years, all with Chevrolet, and have been with Advantage Chevrolet for five years.

Customer satisfaction is not a priority. My bill was half the value of the vehicle and the car didn't get a half mile from the dealership and the check engine light came on and the car died. More
