I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. At times they have treated me very well. I purchased a CPO Durango Citadel. The transaction went smoothly and I got a good deal on my purchase. The v times they have treated me very well. I purchased a CPO Durango Citadel. The transaction went smoothly and I got a good deal on my purchase. The vehicle had problems right out of the gate and they did a poor job resolving those issues to the extent that they still are not fully resolved and at this point I am simply stuck with them. These issues were reported within the first 30 days and when I persisted in having them fixed both the sales and service department pushed responsibility on the other. Also both departments tried to convince me that the issues were not really issues. When I bring my vehicle in for oil changes the attendant is very nice and prompt. The price is great. I always have my tires rotated with each oil change. The tires are supposed to be inspected for uneven wear each time this is done. There was an instance where this was not done and it cost me a fairly new set of tires. When they rotate tires they can't possibly use a torque stick. When I need to remove the wheels myself some of the lug nuts come off with little to no effort, while others require a breaker bar. They over torqued some of the rear lug nuts until they were so stressed that they would randomly snap off while driving. The dealer did replace the rear wheel bearing and lug studs free of charge to resolve the issue. I had an electrical issue that the dealer did diligently help me with. They attempted to replicate the issue twice with no success and did not charge me for their work at that time. My vehicle tied up one of their bays and they had to pay the mechanic. I appreciated this gesture. Once the problem was permanent and could be identified, I did bring the vehicle there for repair. The issue ended up being a dead starter. In hindsight I am a little confused how it was missed. On top of that it cost me over $600 to have them replace it. When I do call for service I often have to leave a voicemail. I have not had a voicemail returned. To schedule an appointment I always expect to call at least four times before I reach someone. Once you do get someone on the phone they are very polite and helpful. I just had a serious repair done to my vehicle. The service writer made some major mistakes that cost weeks worth of time and an extra $800 out of my pocket. When I brought the mistakes to his attention he denied making them. Then I had to remind him that I had proof since our conversations had been through email. He offered me a tiny discount for my troubles. I contacted another employee at Bonneville about the issue and I never received a reply. The required work is not completed despite having completed the transaction. I'm not going to bother going back. I do not recommend purchasing from or using the service here. More

I scheduled to have my car serviced for a transmission flush after about 70k miles before I’m to make a long trip to make sure everything was in good shape for the drive. I give them my VIN number, so the flush after about 70k miles before I’m to make a long trip to make sure everything was in good shape for the drive. I give them my VIN number, so they know my exact make and model before I enter the dealership. I am quoted a price and signed for a $206 service RO. I return to my price being $471 for a transmission flush, which has to be the price of a Ferrari transmission flush (I have a V6 2015 Dodge Charger). I proceed to argue with my service writer about upcharging me over 100% and he tells me its because “I have an 8 gear transmission.” I already knew this and so did he before I came into the dealership hence why they ask for the VIN number. It turns out I was paying $38 a quart for transmission fluid which I needed 9 of. No one in the world pays $38 for a quart of transmission fluid unless its like Goldenshlauger and contains gold flakes (sarcasm). This dealership thought they could easily pull a fast one on me. They are scam artists and thieves and I feel bad for any unsuspecting person they have scammed in the past. Do not have car work done here. More

This was the second time I’ve gone to Bonneville & Sons in Manchester in the last two years. The first time was for my roommates car and the experience was so great I knew I would go back when it was time in Manchester in the last two years. The first time was for my roommates car and the experience was so great I knew I would go back when it was time for me to get one. Todd was wonderful! I can’t say enough nice things. He gave me the opportunity to do a longer test drive and brought me on the highway and backroad to see how each felt in the car. This made a world of difference to me. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I wasn’t ready for, and 4 days later was back and buying a car. I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted in a car, and got it for a great price. I couldn’t recommend going here more. More

December 2018 I purchased a 2014 diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. July 2020 I brought My vehicle in due to an issue with one of my tires, when I got it back the heat and ac controls did not work. I spoke w Cherokee. July 2020 I brought My vehicle in due to an issue with one of my tires, when I got it back the heat and ac controls did not work. I spoke with the service department afterwards and they shrugged and said “it should be working”. When I spoke to the service manager who has been there for “30 years” he was less than helpful. He belittled me and told me that there is nothing he can do other than charge me for service and any other parts needed. I figured I would try to cut my losses and give this dealership one more try. When I spoke to the sales department they told me that they couldn’t get me into anything on the lot because of the current value of my vehicle (That I purchased less than two years prior) Disappointed is an understatement. I went to high school with the owners son, and assumed that my experience with this dealership would have been much different. They couldn’t even give me an option to make this situation right. More

I initially contacted them late on a Thursday evening after viewing a vehicle I was interested in on their website and dropping them an email, expecting to hear from them the next day or so. To my surprise, I received an email response from Amanda Ragsdale in their Internet Sales department that evening, in addition to a phone call that evening and was able to set up an appointment to discuss details on the vehicle the next morning! The next morning, Gary Crane from their Sales Department was able to answer all my questions on the Jeep I was interested in and we were able to negotiate a great deal! Gary then coordinated a great financing deal for me, completed all the paperwork needed and had everything ready for me when I came to pick up the vehicle. In addition, when I picked up the Jeep, I mentioned wanting to install side steps. Gary let me know they had them in stock at Bonneville, AND the service advisor Mark Dickerson stated they could install them while I wait, which they did! Everyone at the dealership, from my initial contact from their website, to the sales department, financing and service department are absolutely top notch! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to give this dealership a chance to prove how good they are! More
