A.Velasquez-Ermatinger- My only place to buy a car As I was in the search of a car for my 16 years old son, I had to decide where to start looking. The more I thought about it, I realized I already knew who I trusted. I bought my first car from Bonneville (2007 wrangler) over 4 years ago. It had over 112k miles and I thought I would need extensive repairs and expensive services. 4 years later, I still have my Jeep haven't spend as much as I suspected for being an old car. Granted, I only bring it to Bonneville for services. Mark and Nick have always being fair and honest when caring for my car. Therefore, I knew that I could expect the same peace of mind when buying a car for my son from them. Rick in Sales Department and Brian in the Financing Department were not only helpful but honest at every step. They help me find the safest car I could afford for my son. We walked out with another beautiful well taken care of used wrangler. Im sure that this car just like mine will be not only reliable but it will continue to be serviced at Bonneville with the same care my has for the past 4 years. I love Bonneville and Son. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car for my family. More

Horrible customer service From day one I wished I went with another dealership. The whole deal was rushed because it was the “only” way they could make it happen for me it was From day one I wished I went with another dealership. The whole deal was rushed because it was the “only” way they could make it happen for me it was highly unconvenient and they were very sloppy even forgetting to get me temporary plates and tried to send me off plateless I was in the dealership until 9:30 pm by the time everything was sorted out. The worst problem is there so called “service” department whcih claims to be open until 6 o clock but doesnt book appointments for oil changes after 12:00 in the afternoon and is really only open until 4:00 because that’s when all work stops and the technicians go home. Since there hours are so unconvenient I choose to just do my own oil changes and basic services but now I wanted to get an automatic car starter put in. So I call and book an appointment two weeks out and let them know that I will be dropping my car off the night prior because I have a busy schedule and cannot get there during the day. Everything was good and the appointment was made I was told its ok to leave my car outside the service department. The day comes for my starter to be installed i dropped my car off the night before as planned and I call around 2:00 that afternoon to check in and make sure everything went good when they tell me they never knew I dropped my car off that day and it would not be able to be installed that day and I would have to re-schedule for another time. At this point I’m extremely frustated and want to know why it was unknown that my car was parked three spots away from there garage door sitting there plain as day. The answer was it was my fault for not putting my keys in the drop box and that they dont go “running around searching the lot everytime someone doesn’t show up for an appointment”. NOBODY EVER TOLD ME THERE WAS A DROP BOX FOR KEYS. I told this to the manager and asked how I supposed to know there was a drop box to which he told me it was common knowledge and I should know not to leave my keys in my car, and offered me no resolution to the problem aside from being re-scheduled and waiting another two weeks. The manger Mark has zero people skills. I will never do business with these people again and would highly suggest any one looking for a new vehicle to search somewhere, ANYWHERE else. More

Best Experience I've ever had at a Dealership You know how stressful it can be buying a vehicle. I have to tell I never felt that at all. I apply for pre-approval thinking it would make things qui You know how stressful it can be buying a vehicle. I have to tell I never felt that at all. I apply for pre-approval thinking it would make things quicker when I finally went to the dealership. Little did I know that the best experience was coming my way in the form of Todd Oswald. He made it so easy to deal with, we did everything through text or phone calls. My experience started on the day after Christmas and end with me driving away with a beautiful brand new 2019 Ram 1500. I have to thank Todd for making it so easy and accommodating. I had little money to put down, because another company failed to deliver on their deal, they still have my 5k, that's a story for another time. I also had a very short window to get the deal done, do to Qtr End work demands. We Started on the 26th and I was driving away the 28th. Now how is that for service!!!! Bonneville and Sons is a class act!! welcoming. Thank you Todd it was a pleasure working with you. I will recommend you to whomever I talk to about my truck. Very Happy Customer :-) Brian More
