BONNEVILLE RAM WILL PUT YOUR LIFE, YOUR FAMILY'S LIFE, AND THE LIFE OF STRANGERS IN DANGER DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. On 02/16/2026 I took my 2020 Ram Laramie in for its 120,000 mile service. We agreed o AND THE LIFE OF STRANGERS IN DANGER DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. On 02/16/2026 I took my 2020 Ram Laramie in for its 120,000 mile service. We agreed on the service including a tire rotation. After several hours, I was told by Steve the service advisor my truck was done and a 23 point inspection was completed. I paid for the service and left. To be up front I was told I would need 4 new tires, and the left rear tire was worn more than the others and barely had some wiring showing on the outside of the tire. Due to cost I could not afford the tires at that time. I stopped to pick up lunch at the Puritan and instead of getting on the freeway I turned onto Shaw Street. I was on Shaw Street for no more than 15 seconds when I heard my left rear tire blow out. I get out of the truck and observed my left rear wheel had come off. THEY FORGOT TO PUT LUG NUTS ONTO THE WHEEL. If I was on the highway I could have been maimed, incur serious bodily injury and/or been killed. And God forbid innocent people could have been maimed, incurred serious bodily injury or death. The truck was towed back to Bonneville Ram. I wanted several items addressed: 1. I wanted to know how this happened, why it happened, did it happen to anyone else, and what is being to prevent this from happening in the future. 2. I wanted a refund for the 120k mile service since it was not done right. 3. I wanted them to pay for the four new tires as this was not my fault along with any damages to the truck. The service manager came out and stated they would pay for the wheel and studs/pegs the wheel gets mounted as they were stripped and bent. I just left the dealership and paid $1600.00 for the tires. I was not given any answers regarding #1 above, and did get a refund for the tire rotation only. I am beyond angry. This is negligence to the highest degree. Is this how Ram conducts business @RamTrucks? In addition: I am contemplating legal action regarding liability of the dealership pertaining to the cost of service, tire replacement, and integrity of the wheel. The service manager, while very polite, was unwilling to budge when I had the Ram Corporate Office liaise with the dealership. More

Great dealership dealing with the salesman Mike Raymond and his assistant Michael was very easy. I’ve been buying cars there since 1999 and would never go to any other place for my vehicle. Worst dealership ever, I have been trying to get a key fob that we paid for in May. It is now Nov. and we were told it was in. Scheduled an appointment to get it programmed. I was told it was a 1/2 hour a fob that we paid for in May. It is now Nov. and we were told it was in. Scheduled an appointment to get it programmed. I was told it was a 1/2 hour appointment, 1 hour and 15 minutes later I walk out back to see that my truck is still not even in the shop. Of course the Service Dept. sees this and miraculously I get a call that the key fob is missing a trim ring. So after waiting over 6 months for a key fob and an hour and 15 for a half hour appt. I promptly got a refund almost 2 hours after arriving. We purchased this truck brand new from Bonneville and Sons and they have been nothing but a headache from day one. I will never buy from them again! More

I have purchased a dozen new vehicles in the last 45 years, and this was by far the best buying experience I ever had. Rick G went way above and beyond, and their Finance Office is very squared away and years, and this was by far the best buying experience I ever had. Rick G went way above and beyond, and their Finance Office is very squared away and makes the whole procedure painless. This is a great, no pressure, very helpful and patient Dealership. Salesman had a lot of experience in his field which was helpful for someone like me who researches everything before I buy. Definitely impressed by Bonneville Ram. More

To start I was original happy with them UNTIL I signed for my truck. They couldn’t get the paperwork done in time so they sent someone to meet me at the registry. Also it 2 weeks and a few calls to Tylerf for my truck. They couldn’t get the paperwork done in time so they sent someone to meet me at the registry. Also it 2 weeks and a few calls to Tylerfor someone to call me about other products I was interested in. Good customer service right? Wrong!! Sent most paperwork but then didn’t send all the correct paperwork which then I had to travel an hour away yet again for the proper paperwork so I could register my truck. Tyler my salesman then has kept promising me the compensation for my inconvenience of having to spend 3 hrs driving back and forth and waiting for the right paperwork. Been 2 months and nothing. Bottom line is don’t they make promises to make you happy and fall short on following through. Now I know why Tyler kept asking me for a good review. Sorry Tyler. Your a nice guy but how does one give a good review when so much has either gone wrong or promises have fallen short More

I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. At times they have treated me very well. I purchased a CPO Durango Citadel. The transaction went smoothly and I got a good deal on my purchase. The v times they have treated me very well. I purchased a CPO Durango Citadel. The transaction went smoothly and I got a good deal on my purchase. The vehicle had problems right out of the gate and they did a poor job resolving those issues to the extent that they still are not fully resolved and at this point I am simply stuck with them. These issues were reported within the first 30 days and when I persisted in having them fixed both the sales and service department pushed responsibility on the other. Also both departments tried to convince me that the issues were not really issues. When I bring my vehicle in for oil changes the attendant is very nice and prompt. The price is great. I always have my tires rotated with each oil change. The tires are supposed to be inspected for uneven wear each time this is done. There was an instance where this was not done and it cost me a fairly new set of tires. When they rotate tires they can't possibly use a torque stick. When I need to remove the wheels myself some of the lug nuts come off with little to no effort, while others require a breaker bar. They over torqued some of the rear lug nuts until they were so stressed that they would randomly snap off while driving. The dealer did replace the rear wheel bearing and lug studs free of charge to resolve the issue. I had an electrical issue that the dealer did diligently help me with. They attempted to replicate the issue twice with no success and did not charge me for their work at that time. My vehicle tied up one of their bays and they had to pay the mechanic. I appreciated this gesture. Once the problem was permanent and could be identified, I did bring the vehicle there for repair. The issue ended up being a dead starter. In hindsight I am a little confused how it was missed. On top of that it cost me over $600 to have them replace it. When I do call for service I often have to leave a voicemail. I have not had a voicemail returned. To schedule an appointment I always expect to call at least four times before I reach someone. Once you do get someone on the phone they are very polite and helpful. I just had a serious repair done to my vehicle. The service writer made some major mistakes that cost weeks worth of time and an extra $800 out of my pocket. When I brought the mistakes to his attention he denied making them. Then I had to remind him that I had proof since our conversations had been through email. He offered me a tiny discount for my troubles. I contacted another employee at Bonneville about the issue and I never received a reply. The required work is not completed despite having completed the transaction. I'm not going to bother going back. I do not recommend purchasing from or using the service here. More
