The greenway Kia on west colonial is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who trust the dealer to share accurate information. Because they don’t they hold your car and avoid your calls at all cost. Had my car since 2019 took my car faithful for 4 years they never told me it’s too early for oil change. They always took my money and never educated me that I did not need an oil change and that my car was running low on oil. It took me to go outside of Kia for a oil change to be educated that my car had a leak if it was not for Valvoline telling me they were no longer going to keep putting oil in my car until I had it checked out I would have never got my engine replace the runaround they gave me was unbelievable. I could go on, but I would just stop for now because I feel like the world the whole Orlando Florida needs to know how bad they are and if you are a single mother or a single man or female, don’t go there if you trust me, trusting your dealer, they cannot be trusted and they don’t care nothing about you More

I am not at all satisfied with the service I received. The car had a battery problem and the mechanic reported it due to excessive use or with the car turned off. This diagnosis is completely unreasonable, accusing me of something I did not do. It is absurd and regrettable. I do not recommend Kia or Dialer. More

I gave a low rating because of your service department. I dropped my car off June 23, and, didn't get it back until Aug 1. I was treated with horrific disrespect! You can't leave anyone there a message because it always goes to error.if not for the general manager I do not believe I would've received my car on Aug 1. Because of this treatment I will NEVER buy another Kia. More

I bought a 2025 Kia Soul and purchased a a service agreement with it. I called for an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there I was told it was too early to get an oil chan agreement with it. I called for an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there I was told it was too early to get an oil change and I was going to get charge. The reason was because I had not reached 5000 miles and the system would not allow them to give me my oil change and tire rotation. First of all, I wish they would have called me to let me know. I asked to speak to the manager things got worse. So they decided to falsify my mileage on my vehicle so they wouldn’t be able to charge me for my oil change and tire rotation. I asked for my car because I didn’t want that to happen and they didn’t listen and proceeded to do my oil change anyway. They took my car and told me it was going to be ready at 11:00 am.Well I ended up leaving there 1:30pm. I will be going to another Kia dealership next time. Horrible experience this time around. More
