Tony has been the best service provider that I have worked with at Kia. However, don’t bring your car in to get serviced if you have aftermarket rims because they’re not trained properly on to handle a worked with at Kia. However, don’t bring your car in to get serviced if you have aftermarket rims because they’re not trained properly on to handle a simple tire rotation/balance. Mark Foster was rude and basically threw his hands up giving up on me for a simple matter. Making me feel like it’s my problem that I bought rims from another supplier. I’ve stayed up to date on all of my routine maintenance so how is this just NOW an issue and not before? I bought the car in 2023. Super disappointed and upset that I spent that much money on routine maintenance and my car came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Not to mention it was during the holidays so I didn’t have time to get back there to get it fixed. Here I am almost a month later and still having the same issue because the service team doesn’t know how to put back on hub rings! Save yourself the trouble and go to a dealer who cares about their clients. More

The dealership itself has a few issues with wait times and communication. The manager Mark is not pleasant to speak with and comes off very rude if you’re asking clarifying questions. The manager Mark is awesome but he need to talk to his employees. How can you drop a vehicle off at eight in the morning and asked to pick it up and it’s still on the bay after seven then they don’t know employees. It was always an issue about timing with this place. If you have appointment then you have appointment. I didn’t just drop the vehicle off at appointment. I did not like the service. Worst car experience ever! Kia was broken into, window smashed, striking wheel was ripped apart, the dealership was only concerned about the payment of the damage. Towed the car back to the dealership since they wanted me to pay for the damages out of pocket. Kia of Greenway is a joke! More

I had to go to the manager about a recall on the multi function switch on my 2017 Kia Sorento because they was going to have me come back another day after they ordered the part.I complaint that they shou function switch on my 2017 Kia Sorento because they was going to have me come back another day after they ordered the part.I complaint that they should have this part in if they recalled my car..The manager made a couple of calls and completed job as I waited 15 more minutes..Nice job...
