Most all of the paperwork was completed ahead of time and everything was printed and ready to sign once we arrived. Jon DeNick was easy to communicate with throughout the day and while we were negotiating the price of our trade as well as the new vehicle. He was easily accessible through phone and email and followed up several times throughout the day.
