Update: I met with staff at the dealership to have a conversation about my experience with salesman Juan M. My hope is that the salesman received coaching as being in retail and client facing can be cha conversation about my experience with salesman Juan M. My hope is that the salesman received coaching as being in retail and client facing can be challenging. A salesman should present in a professional manner with the clients best interest in mind. Transparency, honesty and full disclosure is important. My husband purchased a truck from them last night and the dealership was sincere and apologetic about the previous experience with another purchase two weeks prior. I left there feeling satisfied that the issue was being handled as I want to continue to do business with this dealership and recommend them to others. Over the years we have purchased 9 cars from them and the one transaction without rectifying the situation would have certainly been the last. Thank you to Tom H. and Ali T. for taking the time to speak about the situation. My hope is that the salesman receives the support he needs to be more successful salesman in the future. More

Was helped by Mario. He is great and I actually bought my current car from him just a month prior to today. I came in to sell my other car and he helped guide to to the people who could help me further. I was then introduced to Mark Henschel, whom was nice as well. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. I ended up selling my car to Manly Honda instead of Carmax.
