Got my dad, brother, sister, and wife to buy cars from Family Hyundai. I always do my service on my vehicle there as well. Normally have good experiences but buying this new car for my wife was not one of them. The salesman I had said they'd match my trade in value that Carmax gave and then lowballed me by $600 saying that it was to cover some "taxes and fees" although I never saw that on the actual paperwork. Also he took advantage of my pregnant wife falling in love with a vehicle to charge me $2,000 over MSRP even though a previous salesman told me Family Hyundai sold cars at MSRP. He said oh we need to charge of because of stock when they had an entire back lot filled with the cars. I understand he has a job to do but I have been a longtime loyal customer and this was by far the worst experience I have had there. My salesman did not take care of me at all.
