The technician reviewed what needed to be looked, found a minor issue caused by Firestone Car Care and advised me it would cost less if I took the car back to Firestone and let them repair the oil leak. Subaru could have fixed it but Mark indicated they would have to empty the oil, replace the oversized wask Firestone put in (that was causinat's exactly whg the slow oil leak), put in new clean oil and charge me foe an oil change which Firestone should do for free. ThAT'S EXACTLY WHAT i DID. fIRESTONE CORRECTED WHAT THEY DID WRONG AND DID NOT CHARGE ME. Thank you Mark and your technician. More

So happy to have it back! The black Subaru Forester was really nice although I am very happy with my beautiful Blue Saphire. More
