Ferman dealership has given us great customer service. Dylan was my salesman and he was amazing. We originally came in the 1st week of October 2022 to order a new 2023 Purple Rein Jeep. When the order was put into the computer it wouldn't go through. Unfortunately we found out that morning Jeep had stopped taking orders. We left without buying anything because I was set on a Purple Jeep. A few days later Dylan gave me a call regarding a trade in. A 2016 Purple Back country Jeep had been traded in. Long story short we purchased the jeep Purple Jeep with an extended warranty and I love my jeep. We just had the oil changed 1/19/24 our service advisor Mike was great and when I picked up my Jeep they had even cleaned my jeep inside and out. Thanks to the Ferman team for everything. More
