Mark in service was absolutely incredible. He spent days reviewing my case with the warranty team, going back and forth with Park Place’s documentation, and eventually found the clause showing that my hybrid battery was covered under Volvo’s warranty. He kept me updated the entire time, was patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help.
When my car was towed to Crest after hours, the team there was still welcoming and accommodating. They even offered to pay for my Uber home. The next day, when I picked up my Volvo, it was spotless—cleaned inside and out—something the previous dealer hadn’t bothered to do.
From the receptionist to the service team, everyone at Crest Volvo was professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping me.
