Going in I said all I wanted was an oil change, oil filter change and tire rotation. Nothing more was needed.When the car was ready I was told that a new engine air filter was installed. It didn't need an engine air filter because I checked it found it to be clean. When I told them there was nothing wrong with the filter that was there, it was taken off the billing statement.
