We had been to other Jeep Dealerships that were pushy and didn't listen to what I wanted. Nathan at Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went to great lengths to be open, honest and worked hard to get the car and price I wanted. Keep in mind that it was during the holidays and this dealership was so busy and they all managed to keep everything professional and made time for us when we came in to see the car. Vincent took the time to make sure everything was in order and I was satisfied before signing. I was amazed how everyone took the time to congratulate me personally. I also had the pleasure to meet Stephanie and James, Ben, Mark and Ryan. This dealership has a team with years of experience I encourage anyone looking for a car to stop in and see for yourself. Your service writer, Telma was very patient with me as I am hard to deal with do to my "condition". The service was done in a timely fashion and at a fair cost, I thought. While waiting I ventured into the showroom and was greeted by the sales and internet staff as we'd been friends for years! They seemed very busy and hard at work! They weren't sitting around. The only problem I had was getting back into my seat after. Who ever worked on my baby must have been VERY SHORT as the seat was all the way forward and they left a phone book on it.....E.B. All and all I'm very happy. My car feels better and I got a phone book. I'll see you all next time... and you better be there. :) Justin More

Multiple repairs over the last 4 months, most of them covered under my Powertrain Warranty. Fortunately, I had a recent experience with an O2 sensor not covered under warranty but due to the excellent communiciation with Mike Cronin in Internet Sales, Mark Watters used car manager and Scott in the service department going above and beyond their job description to understand my point of views, concerns they were able to get all repairs covered at no cost to me! The best selection, sales, and service. I have never had much fun purchasing autos until I happened to meet Richard Miranda. Richard is an incredible man who has been more than patient with me ultimately wasting his time on many occasions with false hopes and dreams. Even when I'm sure he knew I probably wasn't going to afford the Grand Cherokee of my wifes dreams, he wouldn't think about avoiding me to take a sure sale with someone else. The man made such an impact on this guy that about four years later, I just purchased my second beautiful vehicle through Richard. No, not the Grand Cherokee, but that is the plan for 2-3 years from today. AND, none of this would have been possible without my buddy Rich.
