It was recommended by a family member that we buy from Richard Miranda who, we were told, made their car buying experience easy. Richard was great to work with as we test drove two vehicles, haggled over price, and settled on a vehicle that had all the perks, but was priced higher than we wanted. Unfortunately, it wasn't the blue one we initially wanted as the interior was too light a color for our five kids. Vinnie (in finance) worked with us to to get the price down a little and got the monthly payments where we wanted them to be. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll be going back when we need another vehicle (which hopefully won't be for a few years). Thanks Elmwood, Richard, and Vinnie. More

Excellent Experience. I was not in a hurry since I a few months left on my lease but I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee latitude with altitude package. Nathan at Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went to great lengths to be open, honest and worked hard to get the car and price I wanted. Keep in mind that it was during the holidays and this dealership was so busy and they all managed to keep everything professional and made time for us when we came in to see the car. Vincent took the time to make sure everything was in order and I was satisfied before signing. I was amazed how everyone took the time to congratulate me personally.
