Ken Garff Honda was a completely different experience from any previous vehicle purchase. They listened to what we wanted and did not play the numbers game with the invisible sales manager that everyone from any previous vehicle purchase. They gave us a fair price for our trade in and did not tack on a bunch of “doc” fees or “extended warranty” that we did not want or need. Overall a very pleasant experience, which we did not expect. Gerry was fantastic! I’d work with him again and would refer anyone purchasing a Honda to him. I was disappointed that my brand new car had mud inside and on the undercar I’d work with him again and would refer anyone purchasing a Honda to him. I was disappointed that my brand new car had mud inside and on the undercarriage that was not cleaned prior to turning it over to me. I have previously purchased all my new Hondas from Willey/Performance Honda and they were always spotless when turned over to me. More
