When service will be for a lengthy period, a ride is provided to take you to a destination. They may call with an update of repairs or ask permission to complete repairs not originally expected. When you pick up your vehicle, the repairs are usually explained, along with items which may need attention in the near future. The staff is ready to address any questions you may have about the service. More
