One of the most important points for me is that the service people listen to what I have to say. Other points are that the work is done when they say, it is quality work, and the cost is reasonable. The service department is the reason that I purchased a Honda from Williamson. They are easy to deal with on new cars, Kevin McCarville was our representative, and by representative, I think he worked for Honda from Williamson. They are easy to deal with on new cars, Kevin McCarville was our representative, and by representative, I think he worked for us as much as he was working for Williamson. We worked out a deal on the accessories we needed to complete the transaction and in the end I think all parties were happy! But after the sale, Williamson really steps up. They are always interested in helping our family keep our Accord in LIKE NEW condition!
