I want to thank Marty, Jennifer, and Anthony for the excellent service provided when buying a new 2020 Chevy Traverse. We were testing out Mazda’s, Dodge’s, and Chevy’s and Philips gave us an incredible excellent service provided when buying a new 2020 Chevy Traverse. We were testing out Mazda’s, Dodge’s, and Chevy’s and Philips gave us an incredible deal that neither Mazda nor Dodge could compare to on the Traverse. They were incredibly fast and efficient when we were closing the deal. I showed up at 5PM on Monday, and was out the door with a fresh and shiny SUV by 6PM! That was with Jennifer showing us all the features in the car, signing paperwork, and closing on the financing. It was an incredibly easy process and Gabby in financing had a touch screen table where you sign all of your finance papers, it was very innovative. I would highly suggest using this dealership, someone greets you when you walk in and you are taken care of...8 can’t say the same for the other two dealers, one dealer required me walking into a managers office in order to get service... Wow I was truly blessed today. I came to Phillip's because of my checking engine light. I was thinking about buying out my lease and was introduced to Mike Herris who teamed me up with Jarrell who was because of my checking engine light. I was thinking about buying out my lease and was introduced to Mike Herris who teamed me up with Jarrell who was AWESOME! Him and Mike! They were able to help with my service issues and buy out my Traverse and everything is even better lowered my payment and got a warranty I should have gotten the first time anyways.
