I don’t understand why I should have an appointment time for service and be told I’ll have a 2 1/2 hour wait! If I come with no appointment will I still be told 2 1/2 hours? Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and answered every question we asked. We had a lot of requirements for the color and accessories that we wished for and Mike Reid, along with his management team were able to secure exactly what we wanted! We also were able to negotiate a fair price without having a hassle. We visited Modern Toyota prior to going to Van York Toyota only to be told they could not obtain the vehicle. They were very unfriendly and often would not return phone calls. If you’re looking for a dealership that is friendly, easy to work with and tries extremely hard to obtain what you want, go to Van York Toyota and ask for Mike Reid! More
