Sheaffer was AWESOME! ! In this day of uncertainty regarding vehicle purchases, Sheaffer ordered our vehicles and kept us updated on their progress. Once the first of three ! Once the first of three vehicles ordered (1 of 3!) arrived, he had all of the paper work prepped so our time at the dealership was less than 45 minutes. I saw the car I wanted online, however when I got there the car wasn’t available. That was my fault because I should have called first. Royce ask me what exactly was I looking for so he could keep an eye o the car wasn’t available. That was my fault because I should have called first. Royce ask me what exactly was I looking for so he could keep an eye out for me. Later that day he called me to let me know that the car had became available again. I went back to test drive the car. I wanted to take it to my mechanic to have him look at it and give me his opinion. They worked with me on getting that done. Everything was done in two days. Also I had no way of getting both cars home and Royce was kind enough to help me get my car home. Last but not least, I have to mention miss Mary brown who was the first person I encountered upon entering the dealership. She was super nice and pleasant and made me feel welcome. once again thanks Royce and miss Mary. More

Had the best experience here that I ever had at any car dealership! Royce was way above any car salesman I have ever had to deal with. He was so easy to talk with and made me feel like I was engaging with dealership! Royce was way above any car salesman I have ever had to deal with. He was so easy to talk with and made me feel like I was engaging with a friendly neighbor! I never even felt like I was making a big purchase such as a car. It was obvious that he wants his customers to feel totally satisfied. Never knew it could be this easy! It started with Mary at the reception desk who was so genuinely sweet, then Royce in sales, and finally, Lisa in finance. She was so unlike any finance person in any car dealership, it was hard to realize I could feel so comfortable during this process, but I certainly did! Thank you all for such a great and satisfying experience! I will not go anywhere else for a vehicle. Kathryn More
