Attention to detail Got a good deal on certified Honda Civic but prep on car was lacking. I asked to interior cleaned again after putting deposit down. I'm guessing they just said they would and never touched the interior again. It had white stuff on inside of car between front and rear doors on the drivers side. Also had stains in rear seat that should come out that I asked to be cleaned. After getting home to do a proper detailing I noticed wax residue on black plastic vents near windshield and spent a hour cleaning with alcohol and a toothbrush. Not real impressed with their attention to detail but my wife loves the car and I guess that's what matters. I understand it's not a new car but I would hire someone that knows how to detail a car. I'm picky but I shouldn't have to detail a car after bring it home from a dealer. I'm also guessing who details their car doesn't claybar the roof very rough but was waxed. More

Eventually we ended up connected with Mary and things improved from there. She was very responsive and got us in timely. Bill was great and drove to another dealer to get the particular van we wanted. Our only complaint really was a weak handshake - it's an important impression! Shawn was great - made the final closing process quick and fun. He even remembered us from our last car! More

Very Patient My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. While we were at the dealership we told Tina Misic our situation that originally liked the Honda A My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. While we were at the dealership we told Tina Misic our situation that originally liked the Honda Accord, but then decided on the CRV. She said that we should drive test drive them both. That opened up a whole new can of worms because now the wife could not decide on which one she wanted. The dealership was busy, it was a Saturday, Tina was very understanding and patient. Much more patient than I. I was starting to get embarrassed at how long it took the wife to make up her decision. In the end we decided on the Accord, and after the sales was final Tina came out and showed us all the features on the car before we left. Did not feel the same pressure from previous car dealers to push the sale. I left this dealer feeling good about the experience I just had. This is a first for me. I wish all car dealers where like this one. More

I turned in a 2016 Accord Sport and leased a 2018 Accord Sport and my wife purchased a used SUV from the lot. Mike answered all of our questions from start to finish. He was personable, professional and very thorough. The same can be said for Bob Mitchell in Finance. Mary Murphy was very helpful and timely in getting me started by answering some of my basic questions about my lease and setting up our appointment at the dealership. More
