Remember Saturday is busiest! Honda of Lisle took great care of us during the purchase of our CR-V. Ryan Powles really gave solid advice from start to finish. Right vehicle, Acceptable price. Efficient to work with. I contacted Honda of Lisle via their web site, and Mary Murphy provided me with a quote that brought me into the dealership. While there, I worked with Brian Jack who provided exactly what I was looking for and was very helpful. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Both Mary and Jack were excellent to work with. One thing to note: This dealership requires customers to sign a Binding Arbitration Agreement. These are never good for the consumer: You give up all your legal rights to redress in the event of a dispute. Instead you agree to use an arbitrator selected by the dealer, and as an added bonus, you get to pay for the arbitrator, too. What's not to like? I would have walked out, except the price was reasonable, and I have never had any trouble with a Honda, so I figured the actual risk of signing this was very low. (It was a cash purchase of a new car, so not a lot can go wrong.) But I object on principle. These things should not be legal. I purchased my last Honda at Valley Honda in Aurora (in 2016) and they also asked me to sign one of these. I refused, and we made the sale anyway. Honda of Lisle would not sell until I signed. If not for that, I"d have given Honda of Lisle 5 stars. More

New car purchase I just purchased a 2017 CRV. This is the the 10th car me and my family members have purchased from Honda of Lisle since 1999. We have recommended them I just purchased a 2017 CRV. This is the the 10th car me and my family members have purchased from Honda of Lisle since 1999. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors who also purchased new cars. The service and personal attention we have received from the salesman to the service manager has been great all these years. My most recent salesman, Orlando Johnson (OJ) was great. He was prepared with the new car offer sheet when I arrived all through the sales process to showing me how everything worked in the car. I would recommend going to Honda of Lisle if your interested in a great car and great attention to your needs. More

I had done considerable internet research on this vehicle, including specs, models and options, pricing, used car trade value, etc. and knew the model I wanted. I test drove several models, negotiated a price I thought was fair for the new truck and trade value, and completed delivery that day. No high-pressure sales push to purchase unwanted dealer "add-ons", truck was delivered in perfect shape, easy process to make a service appointment for one accessory option that had to be ordered, I would highly recommend to others to consider Honda of Lisle. More
