The men in the service bay treated me with respect and listened to my description of what was happening with the car. A call was placed as soon as they were finished so I knew how to plan when to pick it up when it would fit my schedule. The cashier had someone bring the car up to the front and we were on our way. What a smooth experience! More

Raving to friends and family I have never wanted to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, yet I have on four occasions. After each, I regretted my purchase and swore I would neve I have never wanted to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, yet I have on four occasions. After each, I regretted my purchase and swore I would never do so again and, in fact, I have had much better luck buying from private parties. Your dealership had the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. I researched Luke before walking in, as I wanted to know who I was dealing with. Turned out he had a significant number of good reviews. Now I understand why. From Mary at the front (who is an EXCELLENT first person to see and hear when coming in) to Luke, Raul, Adam and Jason in service, the runners, and EVERY employee I have encountered... you have an AWESOME CREW! I thought customer service was dead; but there's a great deal of it at Luther Nissan Kia. You are to be commended and congratulated for your team earning business by doing things the right way. I feel I am dealt with honestly and realistically, not fakey and shady that I've had from other dealerships. I'm happy I found my vehicle, and that I found it there at Luther. My Nissan Rogue 2014 !!!!!!! Well ... I am relatively new in USA and just 10 weeks, You can imagine, how a big nightmare it would be, for somebody like me to get a new Car wit Well ... I am relatively new in USA and just 10 weeks, You can imagine, how a big nightmare it would be, for somebody like me to get a new Car with Zero Credit history !!! It was just because of JP and Eric who have successfully helped me in closing the deal. I am sure it would not have been possible for me to manage this without JP. He is such a nice soul .. very cordial, warm, friendly, ..able to guide me on every thing that I needed to get my Rogue on road. In fact he is with me all the way to my home, while I drive the new car on US free-way road !! As I told you, I am new in USA, Fantastic Services by by Luther Nissan Kia folks ..warm welcome by receiptionist in the lobby.. .. timely information on what is needed for finance by Eric ... guidance on each and every part of the Rogue, by JP... I really appreciate it... and I believe thy should be given more than Five stars... In fact, they keep all things ready by the time we arrive in their Inver Gove Office... and its a matter of about two hours to get all documents signed and ... my Rogue 2014 keys are in my hand :) - Srinivas More
