I really enjoyed my experience of purchasing my new car from Northside Lexus. Mark Green really helped me make the perfect decision and I really can’t get enough of my new car. My only concern is that, after a few weeks, I realized I don’t know anything about my warranty, nor how long I have the free subscription for my Lexus enform app. It’s been awhile since I’ve owned a Lexus, so I’m sure the warranty and subscription has changed since COVID. I think for the price of a luxury vehicle, the app subscription should be included at all times as long as people own the vehicle. Regardless, I’m happy with my decision, and I’m also pleased at how Mark took care of us from the minute we stepped into the door, to the minute we drove out. Also, please bring back the fresh baked cookies and other snacks! That was the one thing I was looking forward to when visiting Northside Lexus… especially for an expecting mama! Spending a whole day at the dealership, we need snacks! More
