Hello Mr. Rodriguez, Thank you for the review. I agree that 2 hours is too long. We are working around the clock to bluster our staffing levels to better serve our customers. We also needed to order the filter for your Lexus, most part numbers cross to Toyota, unfortunately yours didn't. With respect to the pricing. We, as recently as last month surveyed our market.
