I had to write a not so positive review to let them know that I thanks to Joey Rivera. My first experience with Westchester KIA was not so great. I had to write a not so positive review to let them know that I was left standing at the door with no sales representative acknowledging my presence the prior day. I returned the next day and I met Joey. I hit it off with Joey within minutes. He explained the entire process of bank approval, vehicle in my price range and the financing process with precision and accuracy. (He knows his material). I have no complaints with my car. As a female it’s always intimidating to walk into a dealer but I will say is Noel made me feel so comfortable. He asked questions to better understand what I was looking for as well as told me his insi dealer but I will say is Noel made me feel so comfortable. I walked in wanting to trade in my Optima for an AWD and when I you I went in looking at a Sportage I left with a Seltos. Noel is very knowledgeable of what he does! I love that he kept positive energy even with the few hiccups we had. & last but not least I can not forget about Matt( the guy that has you sign your life away jk jk ). I bought my Optima 3 years ago with Yonkers Kia and he was the last face we saw and someone to never forget, so when I sat back in his office 3 years later, I was super comfy in knowing I was placed in great hands.
