We could not be more pleased with Joe Nuss (Sales) and Matt Adovic (Finance Manager). Both were extraordinary and very patient with us. They had smiles on their face the entire time. They talked us throug Matt Adovic (Finance Manager). Both were extraordinary and very patient with us. They had smiles on their face the entire time. They talked us through every question, every aspect of the process including the financing and extended warranty. We were looking specifically for the Kia SPORTAGE Hybrid SX Prestige in Dawn Red. Yonkers was no the closes location to us as we live in Northwestern NJ, BUT, they were the only ones who had the car we wanted AND were the only dealership that was honest about it. One closer dealership whose name I won’t mention promised us they had the vehicle and would hold it for us for a few days until we could get there. We had an appointment set. We found out they blatantly lied to us and never had one in stock or on order. Kia Yonkers was honest, kept our appointment and even had the car being detailed for us before we even arrived for our appointment. I could go on and on about the overall experience, the quality salesmanship, the extraordinary financing department, the showroom, well, just everything. Thank you Joe and Matt and everyone in between. You made this customer very happy and more importantly, my wife very happy. It was a nightmare; Matt Adovic literally scammed us on the lease agreement. He them created a second agreement forging my wife's signature which he sent to Kia. In other words we ended up having two diffe the lease agreement. He them created a second agreement forging my wife's signature which he sent to Kia. In other words we ended up having two different lease contracts with total different terms, both outrageously expensive, one with falsified signatures. More

I had put a deposit on the vehicle and in the time of the deposit my vehicle was in the possession of another driver. I was told they were waiting for a title from the lease however I don't believe this. I h deposit my vehicle was in the possession of another driver. I was told they were waiting for a title from the lease however I don't believe this. I had found a sandwich wrapper with the date that was from a deli in fishkill NY with the date of 1/28. The wrapper was under my seat. The car also had scratches in the front left and a dent on the trunk. Also was never offered to test drive the vehicle. More
