Purchased vehicle and it had a problem from the start. They addressed the problem buy it took a long time. Vehicle was in their shop for 3 weeks because I believe it was a low priority item. Fortunately I had a free rental car that helped but it seemed to take much longer than I thought it should. More

Didn't answer the phone or return messages. Had to physically go to the dealership to make appointments.
