The team that helped me with my decision and purchase were all above and beyond outstanding professionals; very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. I was going to be driving 250 mi round trip to check out a Toyota that I saw on-line at WILDE, so I emailed and received a call from Matt F to ensure vehicle would be available upon my arrival. Matt kept in contact with me to keep me informed. When I arrived, Giuseppe F warmly greeted me and became my Sales Product Specialist. He was extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me, answering all of my questions. Upon making the purchase of my new Toyota, I was thrilled and very excited that I was able to take delivery with in 1-2 hours. Phil L made the signing of paperwork seem effortless and quick. WILDE TOYOTA is a large and very busy dealership, but my team made me feel very important, like I was the only customer that mattered at the moment. He was kind, helpful, and willing to look for exactly what we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was straightforward and didn't keep us there forever. We were able to buy a car and leave pretty quickly which was fantastic. We worked with Sam Cottrell for financing and he was really helpful and gave us all of our options. We left with an excellent rate and payment plan for our vehicle. This is the second Toyota we've purchased from this dealership to replace our older cars. I would highly recommend this dealership! Awesome Experience! Matthew was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we contacted Wilde for a quote on a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, he worked with his internet sales director Matthew was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we contacted Wilde for a quote on a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, he worked with his internet sales director Rachel Pigo to provide the most competitive quote of all the area Toyota dealerships. He made us feel like we were his most important customers, especially as the safer-at-home orders for COVID-19 went into effect. He proactively reached out to us multiple times to keep us abreast of the situation and personally made sure the car, its detailing, and other considerations were taken care of for a painless purchase. We would not hesitate to work with Matthew again in a heartbeat! We worked with Thom Provost and his sales manager David Volpano on the day we took delivery of the car. Both went above and beyond to help us navigate a delay in financing due to pre-existing fraud alerts we had placed with the major credit bureaus. Because of the fraud alerts, Toyota Financial was required to verify our identities with us personally before the transaction could proceed. As a result of the business challenges from COVID-19, Thom and David were concerned that the verification may have taken longer than normal. They proactively offered us an extended test drive so that we could use the car until the verification came through and we could take delivery. Toyota Financial completed the verification quickly, so we were able to take delivery the same day. Nevertheless, Thom and David offered us proactive solutions for our peculiar situation. Thom's friendliness was exemplary, making us feel like a part of the Wilde family. We would look forward to working with him again as well! Overall, our experience with Wilde was well above expectations. More
