We knew what we wanted and this dealer had 2+ Great dealer, no pressure, plenty of inventory, very meticulous at the delivery time. Read this: I looked for oil leaks, big “problems” and found none. The dealer found a scratch o the windshield and they offered to replace the windshield. Also, they found a crack in the inside door panel and will replace that also. I never saw these problems on the test drive, by now I would’ve noticed. The big plus: they knew what will came back as a negative and made sure thing are proper. I would and will highly recommend a Smith experience. More

He knows which features would benefit my family suggesting how to choose the best car for me. We have always felt very relaxed with him with no pressure to make a rushed decision. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional taking the time to thoroughly explain and answer my questions. Smith Motor's personalized service in all departments has been superior. They have always been accommodating for routine maintenance as well as the occasional emergency. We had purchased several cars with another Mercedes dealership prior to this.
