Matt Hoover in the Service Department went above and beyond in helping me through this lengthy process of nearly 5 months waiting on the part for my vehicle. After months of frustration I attempted to beyond in helping me through this lengthy process of nearly 5 months waiting on the part for my vehicle. After months of frustration I attempted to trade my vehicle in and with it being down waiting on a part i felt i was being taken advantage of by the sales team. I only owned the vehicle for a few months before it broke down yet they told me i was thousands of dollars upside down. I have never missed a payment and pay extra each month. No way i should be upside down. The salesman working with me did not see me as a priority and as soon as he knew I probably wasn't going to buy a vehicle that day he told me he was dealing with another customer instead of taking care of me. I would say the only good experience I had at this dealership was Matt Hoover who would call and text with updates and guiding me on how I should handle escalating my part need to GM. More

Matt was awesome, very knowledgeable and detailed, communicated very well. Did as promised in getting my vehicle taken care of. Made sure the was a shuttle to get me to and from dealership. My issue and frustration is with GMC manufacturing as they continue to build and service products with parts known to be faulty; an absolute mess. However, Lacey, Matt and Robert Brogden GMC service did they continue to build and service products with parts known to be faulty; an absolute mess. However, Lacey, Matt and Robert Brogden GMC service did a great job navigating the issues to the best of their ability. Good communication with good follow ups. It’s important to differentiate between those that cause the problems and those that fix them. Their service department has been solid over the last two years in my opinion and experience. More
