They are a xxxx poor dealership. Customer service that I received from one particular sales manager (MANAGER) was incredibly rude and quite disgusting if you ask me. Was sold a car that should have never left the lot. They will NOT take responsibility for their own mistake. Does not matter who you are dealing with. They never hold their end of any agreement. Make claims that never happened. And refuse to fix things they've messed up. They are a horrible dealer and I would NOT EVER recommend them to even my worst enemy. Even after telling them multiple times they do not ever want ME to leave a review they continue to text me asking me to do so! Well, here you go TIM'S TRUCK CAPITAL!! Here's your review that we know you are just going to delete anyways because all you ever do is sweep things under the rug and ruin people lives with the intolerable sales lot you have. I'm not the first person they have screwed over. And I am surely not surprised if I'm not going to be the last. More

I used their website so I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there. They had it ready for a test drive when I arrived, and I absolutely loved it! This dealership is a joke. Helped my daughter purchase a $17,000 jeep latitude....for that money for a 2015 should run like a champ. Transmission is bad needs replacement they refused to fix it.
