Having been a former mechanic and repair shop owner, I am not expecting any shop to be without a missed diagnosis on occasion. The sequence of events here, I feel we all can agree, go more than a bit beyond that. Feel free to contact me at 603-481-0956 to further discuss the situation. The R/O number for the first repair is 6067343/1. As you will see, the actual expense was $507.38. You will also see the statements that were made regarding the condition of the driveshaft components and shocks. As a matter of economics, I replaced the shocks myself, based on the opinion they were bad, which made no difference in the vibration. I believe I have spent quite a bit of money unnecessarily on attempts to cure the vibration by your shop when the correct diagnosis would have resulted in the front brakes being replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Please let me know what Tim's Truck Capital & Auto Sales, Inc. feels will rectify the situation. Charles Scheys

You know all of the information. I have been nothing but nice and attempting to work with situations I don't feel obligated to just so we could work this out. Yet, you still could not make this right. You know the truth to this whole situation yet you refuse to admit to it. Let alone make it right. Your service department had the vehicle for a decent chunk of the time I've owned it so far and you have done nothing but make everything worse. You don't care about people or their pockets. You guys do nothing but lie and shade people into horrible cars. You stand behind your vehicles right? THEN DO IT!!!! STOP THE NONSENSE.
