Overall, good experience!! Worst customer service ever wouldn't buy a car or have my car serviced at this location could be the color of my skin you make a customer wait two hours to say you have 20 cars ahead of you the director was car serviced at this location could be the color of my skin you make a customer wait two hours to say you have 20 cars ahead of you the director was no better made absolutely no attempt to rectify the issue. Spoke to me like a child that cannot understand simple instructions excuse me I have a Masters in Accounting so I'm no idiot we were looking to also purchase a new vehicle but considering the customer service at the service department I wouldn't spend a nickel at this location a day later and I'm still possed that I was treated so poorly. But eord of mouth spreads and the internet is the best place to share bad experiences when you are treated like an insignificant stupid Black woman More
