Great Experience I would just like to say that I was more than pleased when Matt Weyers called me to let me know that a recall for my vehicle was still outstanding and I would just like to say that I was more than pleased when Matt Weyers called me to let me know that a recall for my vehicle was still outstanding and wanted me to come in to have it repaired. I would have never known otherwise. He was able to schedule a day that worked best for me and I could wait while the work was being done. That is why I only go to him for my service needs. Free brake inspection review - free of cost and sales pitch! Rear brakes on my Focus ST were making a rubbing sound so took it in for a free inspection with one of the their printed coupons. Matthew Weyers hand Rear brakes on my Focus ST were making a rubbing sound so took it in for a free inspection with one of the their printed coupons. Matthew Weyers handled the service and after front and rear inspection rang me to says that all was OK. Suggested there might be a temporary sticking but no caliper or rotor issues and no safety concern as after a short drive the pads did back off. He did tell me that there was some, but not significant wear to the pads and no issues with the rotor. He provided options for replacement if I wanted but was not insistent. A welcome relief as I have become accustomed to higher pressure sales for work or "well, it really needs . . . . blah blah blah". The inspection was genuinely free and the Oil Tech Josh Owen offered and took it for a wash before I picked it up. It's a some time since I visited this dealer for service and noticed that the glass screen that used to separate the payment desk from everyone has been removed! At the end of the day, I will be taking my car back there for services in future. More

I've been a firm believer for years that a truely great person, place, team etc. shine brightest in times of crisis. That has been my experience with Huntington Ford. First, I must say, the sales process, handled by Angelo, was phenomenal. So much so, I ended up referring people and buying two vehicles, as opposed to one. Then, we had a mechanical issue with our new Flex, the dealership service department, particularly Matt, also performed well and had a rental car pick us up. The issued was fixed w/out any hassle. Had another problem with a paint/body repair issue that was also handled very well. Do not hesitate to buy from this dealership. They have your back. More

After my 2011 Escape, which I loved, This is my 5th car purchased at this dealership, Jim and Eric made this last purchase another great experience. After my 2011 Escape, which I loved, was totaled I needed to make the decision of purchasing a foreign car or another American car. Jim and Eric worked hard to find a new Escape at a great price with all the features I was looking for and with Ford being the only car maker with keyless entry the decision was easy. In addition, I have used the dealership for all maintenance work, Greg Singh and Matt Weyers are great service reps that answer all questions honestly. The oil change and tire rotation is quick and they wash your car for free, The dealership is located beside a large Barnes and Nobles equipped with a Starbucks so any wait is made easier. More

Excellent experience during purchase, service and ownership I bought my Mustang new at this dealership in 2008 and have family members who have leased and purchased three vehicles there since. I continue to take my car back for maintenance and have always had a positive experience with everyone there. My most recent visit was just this week and the service department was waiting for my car and returned it back to me ahead of the estimated time. Clean and ready to go.
