After looking into the situation, we discovered that the issue was caused by the oil cap not being properly rechecked after the oil change, which led to the leak and the oil pressure alert. This was an oversight on our part, and we take full responsibility. As soon as we were made aware, we went to your home to return the vehicle and clean up the oil on your driveway.
