The work completed cause major problem. Removing and replacing the rear view mirror caused the radio damage and now need replacement The initial repair was at Ferman Ford Collision. The repaired a dent replacing the rear view mirror caused the radio damage and now need replacement The initial repair was at Ferman Ford Collision. The repaired a dent in the roof and broke the windshield. In their work the removed and reinstalled the review mirror. Causing the door lock to malfunction. Referred to Ferman Mini for door lock repair. More

Wishing I could provide a higher rating. Sales Team(s) were effective communicators as I was traveling to pickup the car. I was scheduled to test drive the car at 10:30, but the car did not avail itself u were effective communicators as I was traveling to pickup the car. I was scheduled to test drive the car at 10:30, but the car did not avail itself until hours later due to a battery replacement (dead overnight?) After test driving the car & signing required docs, we again waited hours for the car to come from detailing. (I had a 6 hour drive in front of me!) Buying experience was good, sales team was excellent, but the waits for me were deemed unacceptable. More

The service was excellent. It was a very expensive repair. Matthew added a car detail and cleaned up my headlight for me. A very appreciated gesture.
