I cannot recommend Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills enough. From our initial contact to having car delivered to us, they were nothing but professional and didn’t waste our time. Mike, Josh, Matt, Alex enough. From our initial contact to having car delivered to us, they were nothing but professional and didn’t waste our time. Mike, Josh, Matt, Alex all helped and were friendly and responsive. When they knew I had to travel over an hour, they even found a better solution for me! This is an insane time to buy a car but these folks honored my trade-in value that I’d received elsewhere, got me an excellent loan rate, and their customer service is exceptional. They don’t want to waste your time and they will get you the best deal. So glad my search found them! More

Love this place TAVON my original salesperson that went above and beyond along with JOSH in finance were Thorough and great- so easy to Buy a car from them and really good interest rate. I came back the next day for help with IT issues on my phone- everything is computerized and Im almost 70 years old which makes it hard for me. My salesperson was off and honestly I was so happy that MATT and BRIANNA spent an hour of their time with me. The teamwork was impressive!!! The customer service at this dealership is one you wont see Anywhere and is rare today Thank you all!!! More
