You know you have come to the right place , when a glitch is encountered and is addressed immediately by a concerned management team and SOLVED ! That is exactly what I experienced on my recent servicing vis is encountered and is addressed immediately by a concerned management team and SOLVED ! That is exactly what I experienced on my recent servicing visit . The problem got the immediate attention of Chris Murray the new Service Mgr. . Coincidently , Gen. Mgr. Maurice Mitchell got involved as well , via his concern for " customer value " . Interestingly , the term " Customer Value " was the trem used by both Mr. Murray and Mr. Mitchell . This told me there was a true caring and understanding on Antwerpen's part for the value the CUSTOMER pays in running successful dealership.. When we value and respect each other , we both win short and long term . I got both and am telling others to help in their being reassured . Last, but not least , I must compliment my Service Rep. Patti . It was Patti who took the intiative to seek a solution . To Patti's credit , she realized this was a glitch that would also impact many other customers if not addressed and repaired . Patti took action to get and got a solution . More

One of the worst experiences I’ve had to endure.
