I have been getting my Hyundai sonata services here since 2016 and since the last 3 visits I have to wait more than 2 hours for a simple oil change that usually takes 30 minutes. This is after taking an 2016 and since the last 3 visits I have to wait more than 2 hours for a simple oil change that usually takes 30 minutes. This is after taking an appointment and showing up dot in time. When you enter, there are 4 reps sitting on the desk doing whatever on their computer and make you wait for 10 minutes before they attend you. Really? You have a customer standing in front of you and you keep doing whatever crap you need to do while the customer stands as if they are there to borrow money from you. All they say is someone will be right with you. Then when your car is done, you pay and wait another 10 minutes for your car to be pulled up. It has grease smudges on the door handle and seat, the light and A/C is switched off. I understand they do it for inside the shop, please have the courtesy to switch it back to what it was. The seat is never adjusted back. This time I had someone leave their cell phone in my car and had my Raybans took out from the storage compartment in the hand-rest. Why would someone have the need to access the storage in my hand-rest and take my sun glasses? Their service keeps deteriorating but I guess management can't spot it. More
