Our experience was smooth and calm. From when we got there through departure the staff was friendly. Our sales rep was knowledgeable about the difference between different cars. He answered all our questions about differences between different models and trims. He was also able to walk us through the differences between our old 2019 Accord Hybrid and the new 2022. Would definitely consider making the trip again. More

Finally able to take the time out to write my review on my experience at DCH Academy Honda with Megan Byrnes. My search for a car began when I needed to find something more reliable for my commute to work. my experience at DCH Academy Honda with Megan Byrnes. My search for a car began when I needed to find something more reliable for my commute to work. While dealership hopping, I found a few cars that I was interested in from Honda, but looking at prices I knew it wouldn’t make sense to buy a used car, so I was going for a brand new vehicle. I had my heart set on the Honda accord after much research. It was very hard to find a Honda Accord at any other dealerships so when I found one at DCH Academy, I immediately wanted to go see if it was the perfect match for me. I spoke with a representative after arriving and I was paired with a salesmen (not Megan) moments after. I knew the exact car on the lot that I wanted to test drive, it was a matter of it being the right price at that point. I never got the salesman’s name when we met or during the test drive, and he didn’t seem to be prepared for questions I needed answers for, at this point, I was ready to leave the dealership because I didn’t like the service I was getting. My fiancé expressed this concern to a manager and we were THEN paired with Megan Byrnes. Megan was basically thrown into the situation, but adapted with us quickly, and she immediately changed my mind about leaving the car behind. She started off with questions that I wasn’t asked with the prior sales person and I immediately felt comfortable that I would get a great experience. Megan was not a pushy salesmen, she was very helpful and friendly. Megan was very genuine and passionate about her work. More than willing to help me find the best vehicle, specifically tailored to my needs and helped me explore various options for financing. All of my questions had been reviewed again for my reassurance. The only thing left was getting that price where I wanted. There were a few things that originally were priced on the car that weren’t necessary for me and those things were what would’ve made the sell, at no point were they deal breakers for Megan, she made it happen. Megan even made sure she showed me all the tips and tricks to my new vehicle, down to what every button in the car did. The entire experience was a pleasure. I will be back the next time I’m in the market or if i know someone else in need for a used or new vehicle. Thank you Megan! More

Megan set my mind at ease as soon as I met her. I got out of my old lease with horrible Nissan and drive off with an amazing Honda! Unlike most car salespersons, she wasn’t pushy and easily explained the leasing process and my car options. The entire process was smooth and quick, without all the nonsense most salespeople have you deal with. She answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and with patience. I felt like I was treated as a person not a number. I love my new CR-V, it drives amazing and full of wonderful features for my family and I. I would 110% recommended Megan to anyone looking to buy or lease without the hassle. Megan even called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will definitely use her in the future. More
