My appointment was scheduled at 8am. I was surprised when I arrived more than 30 minutes earlier that Megan and the team were in there positions welcoming and ready to work on my car. The onboarding process was quick and I stayed in the customer lounge until the car was ready. I got a professional debriefing from Megan on the service points. I was happy that my car was washed and clean. It was a very positive experience. Megan did an excellent job and is highly commended for that. More
