Excellent service as always. Megan went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and was fixed. Mike, Megan, and the whole Nissan service team is excellent. Because of their excellent service, that was why I bought another Nissan from them in 2025, plus the fact that the Rogue is a great vehicle and needs very little extra service. More

I was there for an oil change and a state inspection. Got out in less than one hour. I complained about the rear seat belts being hard to buckle. They looked at it and agreed; poor design. There isn't a Nissan dealership near me, so I had to choose a location. I went in and spoke with a gentleman who explained the recalls outstanding and how long they would need to have the vehicle. He ga choose a location. I went in and spoke with a gentleman who explained the recalls outstanding and how long they would need to have the vehicle. He gave me his business card to call and schedule if I decided to have the recalls fixed there in Roanoke. Because he was so nice, I didn't call him to schedule the repairs. He got me in with short notice and was very accommodating. When I arrived, Megan got me checked in. She also was very nice and told me exactly what the day would entail. As it turned out, the car was ready earlier than expected and it worked out perfectly. It was definitely a better experience than I anticipated. I wish I had the young man's card to give his name because he was the reason I came to that Nissan location. He was so nice. More
