Buying our 2023 Tacoma from Sierra Toyota was a very positive experience from begining to end. Our main contact was with Lynn Burns who was always helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Our service advisor seemed too busy and annoyed to answer our questions. I love Sierra Toyota. They always take care of me. We got off on the wrong foot this time, but we both kept at it and in the end the problem was resolved due to their prof They always take care of me. Very disappointed. I wrote a good review 2 years ago. This time they told us we needed to replace the cabin filter. If they had looked, they would have seen it was new. I wrote a good review 2 years ago. This time they told us we needed to replace the cabin filter. If they had looked, they would have seen it was new. They overfilled the oil. Replaced a chrome cap with a plastic one. Didn't check the tire tread. When we called the service manager, he didn't seem to care. More
