I booked an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and checkup. In addition I said I needed the tire light turned off. When I picked up the car, the tire light was still on. I was told I would ne and checkup. In addition I said I needed the tire light turned off. When I picked up the car, the tire light was still on. I was told I would need to book another appointment on another day to have a”higher technician” take care of it. Didn’t appreciate that no one noticed light on still and didn’t appreciate having to come back again. I also didn’t feel that Melanie really cared nor did she explain what the problem with the light was. More
