Professional, Quick and Competent I arrived early for my appointed time and they took my car, I was in and out within a half hour. They explained everything that needed to be done and I arrived early for my appointed time and they took my car, I was in and out within a half hour. They explained everything that needed to be done and didn’t do services that were not necessary. I come from the old school where oil changes were done every 3-5k, I assumed I would need an oil change. They explained that with the new synthetic oils it’s only necessary every 10k, even with it being a new vehicle. They did check the oil and level but it was good so they didn’t have to do a change this time. I am glad they didn’t just sell it because they could. I have been going to Toyota of Lancaster for over 10 years now and I’ve always felt that I was treated fairly. More
