Took in my 2018 Subaru for getting new tires and decided on Michelin Defender tires. Had an approximate 2 hour wait in break room and was constantly updated on the status of tires being put on my car. All p on Michelin Defender tires. I was in for help with my navigation map update. I provided exact error messages and referenced a Subaru technical service bulletin (for the previous model year) which had the exact error, and caus I provided exact error messages and referenced a Subaru technical service bulletin (for the previous model year) which had the exact error, and cause which matched my situation. I showed them the solution. They tried a different solution which did not solve the problem. 2 days later I was called and they were working on the solution I suggested with Subaru. That worked perfectly. More
