We pulled into Klaben with low expectations after leaving a dealer down the road that was using high pressure sales tactics. Micheal was a present surprise and conducted himself both professionally & mature for his age. Klaben was offering a discount that others were not and we received what we felt was the overall best value we could receive. Ford credit was offering a low interest rate that retained our business because Chevy was at 6.75%. Overall this was a very plesant buying experience and our paperwork signing was only a 20 minute process. Very please and will continue to come back to Micheal & Klaben. He even made my wife feel very special by giving he a sticker we had liked about. Great experience! Thank you! More
