For anyone searching for a car this can be a very stressful and tedious process. After going to almost every BMW dealer on Long Island and not being happy with what was being offered to me, I decided stressful and tedious process. After going to almost every BMW dealer on Long Island and not being happy with what was being offered to me, I decided to visit Rallye before I gave up on buying a new vehicle. Going into Rallye the atmosphere very professional and as soon as I stepped in I had a feeling this was going to be it for me. I met with Peter Diaz and spoke to him about the stresses and nightmares I was going through looking for a car. Not pressuring me to sell me something off the lot like the other dealers, he had actually asked me what I wanted and offered to build my car that has everything I envisioned in my first BMW. With that being said we ordered a 2014 328xi and went from there. Since this is my first lease Peter made sure that he answered all my questions and even stayed in contact with me when the car was in production to keep me in the loop. As time got closer for me to receive my car he worked around the clock to make sure everything was okay and give the best service. Finally, I have received my car and I cannot thank Peter Diaz and the staff who helped me at Rallye BMW make this process go smoothly. I love my new car and the professionalism cannot be topped anywhere else. To anyone who is looking for top notch and quality customer service don't hesitate to visit Rallye BMW. More

Ross was outstanding during the whole experience. He even came in on his day off to help address a few questions on my vehicle, and went above and beyond to get my car setup and ready for delivery. He’s the real deal when it comes to great service, and someone who actually wants to “do right” by their customers. I've been a BMW owner since 1993 and only driving the 7-Series. I was drawn to Rallye after Michael Corssen sold his dealership (BMW of Oyster Bay) and moved in at Rallye. Though my current car at the time wasn't purchased at Rallye, they accepted me and treated me as if I was one of their own. To date, the Service department has always been patient and cooperative with issues I've had and stayed consistent along the way. When it was time to purchase my next BMW at Rallye in 2011, I worked with Rich DeAngelo. Not to sound like a cliché, but Rich restored my faith in Car Salesmen. He was (and has been) always patient, informative and never pushing me into a direction which wasn't proper for me. He’s always been available and when I wasn't sure what direction to choose, he stayed patient and supportive. For me, when purchasing a new car (and one as expense as the 7-Series), I need time to think. Rich gives me that space and helps me through the process. I've had opportunities to purchase from other dealers and thought about moving to Mercedes. But to be honest, I don’t want to give up the service and support I get from all the folks at Rallye BMW…from Sales to Service to all the guys in the drive-up bay who wash and take care of my car. It may sound corny, but it truly feels like family. Rallye BMW is the complete package for me. I just wish BMW would build an X7 so I can purchase an SUV for my wife :) More

I needed a new 750 by a certain date. Uncontrollable events made this almost impossible. By thinking out of the proverbial box, George Javier put together a viable alternative, which met all of my need events made this almost impossible.
