Very customer friendly and professional. Was not to happy about them not finding the issue with the Cadillac converter when they replaced the transmission and motor. Service advisor was very unprofessional. As a Toyota employee I have a lease vehicle I do not pay anything for any service. The advisors was trying to tell me different. I came in with a nail in my tire it should have been replaced not patched. He said if I didn’t have the extended tire plan I would have to pay. That’s not true maybe educate advisors on Toyota employee lease vehicles. More
